A large industrial operations maintenance and processes service provider needed a better way to create. and deploy a white label, modern, and modular data. visualization and analytics platform with a consistent. UX and functionality across. all potential. deployments. I led. and managed the UX design for a large, multi-disciplinary product team. I had oversight, direction, and contributory responsibilities for. a design team that was spread across on and off shore locations and consisted of. UX, UI, and. content designers. I managed multiple workstreams within the larger project and served to connect stakeholders, product, development, and design resources. I was highly effective in leading the team to. a successful launch of the platform's. initial deployment.

Onboarding to this extremely large, complex project required engaging with both a large multi-disciplinary team on the product side and a diverse group of stakeholders. Joining in-flight project required analysis and synthesis of significant body of user research and workshop outcomes
C-suite. executives along with senior director level business and engineering stakeholders held expert knowledge and strong design opinions that required relationship building, dialogue, and strong diplomacy to manage, align, and incorporate into in-fligh design and development. An example of stakeholder alignment required redesign of visual UI, onboarding additional resources, new workflows, and selling in new work.
Distributed Team Managment
Agile workflow methodology required. attendance to all ceremonies for larger multi-disciplinary product team, fielding requirements from seven sub-product managers, and managing both on and off-shore design teams. design
